Being the daughter of SFS Wealth Management’s original founder, William Snow, Melissa began working at the company over 20 years ago. She began as a part-time administrative employee and quickly worked her way up. With a young daughter, she worked and put herself through college, graduating with a Business Management Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010 and then obtaining her Series 7 and Series 66 securities registration and her Indiana insurance license. Having worked in every part of the business, she still ensures the day-to-day operations in the office run smoothly.
Melissa was born and raised in Kokomo, where she and her husband, Jason, currently live. Her daughter, Chloe, lives in Murfreesboro and attends grad school at Lipscomb University, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in Disability Studies. Her son, Oliver, attends Taylor Community Schools and keeps her busy with different sporting events. When she’s not at work or spending time with her children, she can be found with her dogs, Milo, Millie, and Brewer. She also volunteers at various events and organizations around Kokomo.
